Any good zucchini recipes? I have about 40 sitting on the counter (not trying to show you up...I had a ton of sheep poop dumped into my garden last fall, and apparently zucchini plants LOVE sheep poop!)
Oh, and I'm back in town, so it's happy hour time!

That is huge! Zucchini bread is a good stand by and you can make a bunch and freeze it. I also like to grate it and "hide" it in homemade spag sauce. Of course, zucchini on the grill with olive oil and garlic is the VERY best!!!

Mmmm, great! We'll need all the recipes we can get, what with the ones we planted, then of course, the rogue ones growing from the compost pile.
