As an extravagence suggested by pooks, we gave a bit of the birthday
sashimi to Maggertz. With some gutteral noises of contentment, she
quickly consumed it. Since then, she's transformed from her usual
skittish self into frindly lap cat! Who knew that was all it took.
Pooks promises to serve the occasional treat to the cat now.
